BBQ Tulip Quick Bites on tomato salsa
Drain the Quick Bites and put the pieces of meat on skewers. Then baste with BBQ sauce and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
Thinly slice the red onion, chili, garlic and spring onions and chop the coriander.
Cut the tomatoes into coarse cubes, add lime juice and mix with the beans and the other ingredients. Save a little chopped coriander for garnish.
Season the salsa with salt and freshly ground pepper and place evenly in small bowls.
Top with the hot skewers and serve right away.
