Pork in Peanut Sauce with noodles
Noodle dishes are both delicious and easy to make. Dinner is only 15 minutes away when you make these noodles with pork in peanut sauce. The dish has great flavors such as juicy pork luncheon meat, salty and sweet peanut butter sauce, and sour lime juice.

For the recipe, we use udon noodles, but you can use whatever kind of noodle you like – just follow the instructions on the packaging to get the cooking right. In this recipe we use zucchini but you can add any type of vegetables you fancy.
