DAT-SCHAUB International A/S and Findane A/S merge

At an ordinary board meeting in Dat-Schaub International A/S it has been decided to merge DAT-SCHAUB International A/S and Findane A/S. The merger will take effect as of September 30, 2006.

The decision has been taken in order to strengthen and streamline the organisation within the DAT-SCHAUB International Group. The two companies have been trading from the same premises for the past three years. The time has come for the two companies to join forces in order for the DAT-SCHAUB International Group to stand as a strong and united partner, thus enabling the DAT-SCHAUB International Group to further strengthen opportunities for our customers and suppliers.

A new department, the EU department, within Dat-Schaub International A/S has been established, and from this EU department, all future activities of Findane A/S will be handled and carried out completely as in the past. The staff of Findane A/S will continue their normal duties in future, and there has been no changes of staff whatsoever in connection with this merger.
